Trading Practice & Support VA – Futures Market + Platform-Based Training (Part-Time)
A unique opportunity is open for a highly focused, analytical Virtual Assistant with a keen interest in trading, data patterns, and technical platforms. The role is centered on mastering futures trading practice systems, identifying trade patterns, and executing simulated trades based on training videos and predefined strategies.
You’ll work closely with a U.S.-based client who will provide step-by-step training and support as you progress from simulation to live trading decisions. This is a perfect opportunity for someone eager to learn in a structured, technical, and results-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow instructional videos and training sessions on futures trading
Analyze trading charts and identify patterns
Apply a 5-step framework to determine buy/sell opportunities
Simulate trades on the TopstepX platform
Track progress, improve consistency, and prepare for live trading
Learn and operate within TradingView and Discord
Attend client-led training sessions and collaborate through feedback
Transition to live execution when proven consistent (not perfect)
Potential initial 30 hours/week for the first 2 weeks to accelerate training
Tools & Platforms:
TopstepX (practice trading platform)
TradingView (charting and analysis)
Discord (training communication)
GoHighLevel (used by the company)
Additional internal tools and guides provided
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and interest in trading or data-driven environments
Detail-oriented and capable of spotting patterns
Fast learner who thrives in structured, technical instruction
Open to feedback and willing to refine execution with guidance
Able to follow training videos and repeat processes with accuracy
Willing to commit to deeper onboarding (30 hrs/week for 2 weeks)
Part-Time availability moving to standard 20 hrs/week (Mon–Fri)
Based in a timezone that aligns with U.S. Central Time (GMT-5) is a plus

Technical Requirements:
