Yes! All roles at I Need A VA are 100% remote. As long as you have a stable internet connection, decent and a quiet workspace, you’re good to go.
We currently don’t provide equipment. As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll need to use your own laptop or desktop with a working webcam and headset.
Absolutely not. I Need A VA will never ask for payment during the application, training, or matching process.
Our clients come from all over the world. Mostly from the US. Could also be from UK, Canada and Australia. We match you based on your skills, experience, and personality fit.
You’ll need a stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps), a quiet workspace, a laptop or desktop computer, headset with a mic and most especially an internet or power source back up.
You’ll go through our paid 5-day training program, then we’ll match you with a client that aligns with your strengths. You’ll also have ongoing support and access to coaching and community group chats.
