Creative Tech & Content VA – GHL, Shopify, Social Media (Part-Time)
A growing digital education brand is looking for a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant to support content creation, social media, funnels, and system workflows. This role is ideal for someone who can write, design, and build while staying organized and focused. The position starts at 20 hours/week with the potential to become full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and repurpose content into posts, captions, or visual assets
Help transform long-form content (e.g., blog posts, videos) into short-form materials
Assist in repackaging written/video content for different platforms
Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms
Monitor and respond to DMs or comments when required
Help brainstorm social media ideas aligned with brand tone and audience
Build and manage funnels inside GoHighLevel
Set up email/SMS workflows and automations
Monitor performance and suggest optimizations
Design branded graphics for social posts, email banners, and promotions
Create eBook covers, lead magnets, and digital assets
Maintain a consistent visual identity across channels
Tools You Will Be Using:
GoHighLevel (GHL)
Monday.com (task and project management)
Podium
Shopify
Canva or similar design tools
Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in content creation, funnel building, or executive assistance
Skilled in Canva or graphic design tools
Familiar with GoHighLevel automation and marketing setup
Strong writing and editing skills for posts, captions, and scripts
Detail-oriented and confident working across marketing and tech systems
Female (as preferred by the client)
Available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET (Eastern Time)
Open to transitioning into a full-time role in the future
