Social Media Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)

We’re hiring a proactive and highly organized Social Media Virtual Assistant with GoHighLevel experience to help manage and grow a travel, beauty, and wellness content business. This role will support GoHighLevel, content management, social media, digital products, and day-to-day business organization.

This role is ideal for someone who loves content, enjoys keeping things organized, and is excited to bring fresh ideas to the table. You will play a key role in keeping the content pipeline running smoothly, growing the brand’s online presence, and supporting the systems behind the business.

Schedule

  • Thursdays – Sundays

  • Part-Time — 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize content ideas, video clips, and content calendars

  • Draft captions and schedule approved posts

  • Repurpose content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

  • Track social media engagement

  • Organize brand and UGC opportunities

  • Help manage digital products, email lists, and links

  • Respond to customer questions

  • Support GoHighLevel-related tasks and workflows

  • Bring forward content and business ideas

  • Keep progress and updates organized and communicate them regularly

Tools & Platforms:

  • GoHighLevel

  • ChatGPT / Claude

  • Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

  • Hostinger

  • Canva

Qualifications:

  • Experience with GoHighLevel

  • Social media management experience

  • Strong communication and follow-through

  • Able to follow and maintain a brand voice

  • Comfortable learning new tools and AI platforms

  • Spanish skills are a plus

Technical Requirements:

  • Laptop/PC with minimum i5 processor and 8GB RAM

  • Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload

  • Backup internet source (mobile data or pocket WiFi)

  • Headset with mic and webcam

  • Quiet and professional home workspace
