We’re looking for a confident, professional, and highly communicative Social Media Manager / Lead Generation VA to support our daily online presence and client outreach. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to build connections, communicate with intention, and turn conversations into booked calls. You’ll help manage social media activity, connect with potential clients, and confidently present our media packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily social media management and engagement
Write clear, professional, and on-brand messages
Send 10–20 direct messages per day to potential clients
Build and maintain conversations with leads
Book 5–10 calls per week
Confidently pitch our media packages
Support lead generation efforts through social media outreach
Keep outreach and lead tracking organized

Scheduling and communication tools
Qualifications:
Female Virtual Assistant only
Previous experience in social media support, lead generation, or client outreach
Strong communication and professional writing skills
Comfortable engaging with potential clients daily
Confident in pitching offers or service packages
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and meet weekly outreach goals

Technical Requirements:
