Social Media and Customer Service Virtual Assistant - (Part-Time)

A growing photography and empowerment brand is looking for a Social Media and Customer Service Virtual Assistant who can create engaging content, manage online interactions, and help maintain a consistent and positive brand presence. This position is ideal for a creative and reliable VA who enjoys social media management, community engagement, and building authentic connections with followers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule static posts, stories, and reels for Facebook and Instagram

  • Design visually appealing graphics using Canva and CapCut

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Engage with followers and build community relationships through social media interaction

  • Maintain consistent posting schedules and track engagement metrics

  • Assist in managing TikTok posts and trends if needed

  • Support brand campaigns and ensure alignment with the company’s tone and visual identity

  • Provide light customer service support by responding to messages and client inquiries

Tools & Platforms:

  • GoHighLevel (CRM and automation)

  • Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (posting and engagement)

  • Canva and CapCut (content creation and video editing)

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media management and customer service
