Marketing and Operations Virtual Assistant (Part-Time)
A motivated entrepreneur is looking for a Marketing and Operations Virtual Assistant to help manage multiple areas of the business, including website updates, client communication, content creation, and lead generation. This role is perfect for a proactive VA who can match the pace of a driven business owner, is confident in creative marketing, and has a solid understanding of digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and update websites using Shopify and GoHighLevel
Create marketing materials and graphics using Canva or Photoshop
Run and monitor Facebook ads to generate leads and increase engagement
Attend Zoom calls with clients to screen and qualify leads before consultations
Manage data entry, client records, and follow-ups
Support social media management and content posting
Assist with customer support, ensuring smooth client communication
Help with bookkeeping or financial tracking tasks as needed
Tools & Platforms:
Shopify (website building and maintenance)
Canva and Photoshop (graphics and creative design)
GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, automations)
Facebook Ads Manager
Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (organization and documentation)
