We’re seeking a creative and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a growing insurance business with marketing, lead generation, and backend systems. This role is perfect for someone who can balance creative content work with smart automation and strong organizational skills.
You’ll play a key role in helping streamline marketing efforts, maintain systems, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through social and digital marketing efforts
Design and schedule social media content and paid ads
Support website maintenance and visual updates (design/layout)
Perform data entry and keep records organized
Assist with workflow improvement and light AI tool implementation
Support branding consistency across platforms
Propose and help execute new marketing initiatives and content strategies
Tools & Platforms:
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail)
Canva and/or Photoshop (for graphics and creatives)
Basic website platforms (Wix, WordPress, or similar—training provided if needed)
AI tools or workflow apps (as introduced by the business)
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in marketing support, lead generation, or VA work
Skilled in Canva or Photoshop and confident with visual creation
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Creative and eager to contribute ideas for growth
Self-starter who thrives on task completion and continuous learning
Available Monday–Friday, part-time (20 hrs/week) with flexible hours
Willing to align with Mountain or Central Time (U.S.)
