Funnel Builder & Marketing Automation Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)
A fast-paced and results-driven digital business is seeking a Specialized Funnel Builder and Marketing Automation Virtual Assistant to manage website updates, build high-performing funnels, and support lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, organization, and delivering measurable results while balancing technical and creative skills in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, design, and optimize sales funnels from start to finish
Manage and update websites to ensure functionality and visual appeal
Implement automations and integrations using GoHighLevel and Zapier
Assist in creating and maintaining CRM pipelines, email campaigns, and workflows
Generate and track leads through funnel and marketing strategies
Coordinate project timelines and tasks using Trello or similar tools
Collaborate with team members to improve conversion rates and user experience
Provide performance reports and suggest improvements to achieve goals
Tools & Platforms:

Canva and Photoshop (visual design and graphics)
