Key Responsibilities:
Complete internal assessments, quarterly reports, and documentation (Part V, notes, etc.)
Review and organize training materials, files, charts, and email communications
Maintain up-to-date records and streamline real estate document filing
Prepare visual documents such as graphs and charts
Organize and archive internal company training assets
Tools & Platforms:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related apps
Canva or Photoshop (for basic visuals or formatting)
Google Drive or similar cloud-based file organization tools
Qualifications:
Strong background in data entry, admin coordination, or executive assistance
Proven ability to handle confidential documents and ensure accuracy
Comfortable with visual documentation (charts, files, basic graphics)
Available to work Monday to Friday, Part-Time (20 hrs/week)
Open to Eastern Time Zone (GMT-4) scheduling
