Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative and executive assistant tasks
Handle client communication through email, CRM, and Zoom meetings
Manage and update CRM systems such as GoHighLevel
Organize documents and maintain digital files in Google Drive
Support social media management and lead tracking
Assist with credit repair or funding-related administrative work using DisputeFox and MyFreeScoreNow
Help with marketing efforts, challenges, and webinars
Follow up with clients and ensure all deliverables are completed
Oversee other virtual assistants and assist in creating SOPs
Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support

Qualifications:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or Customer Service VA
Strong background in credit repair, funding, or financial services preferred
