We’re hiring a proactive and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to support administrative operations, CRM management, LinkedIn outreach, and internal process development.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, creating structure, and streamlining business operations. You will play a key role in organizing workflows, supporting lead generation efforts, maintaining CRM pipelines, and assisting with executive-level administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage expense tracking in Excel
Create and document SOPs
Optimize LinkedIn profile and handle outreach
Follow up with leads and past contacts
Maintain executive calendar
Set up and manage HubSpot CRM pipelines and records
Track client communications and follow-ups
Organize Google Shared Drive
Provide copyright-related information
Research and recommend payroll system options

Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace
Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred
Excellent written English communication skills
Experience preparing SOPs

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
