We’re hiring a driven and versatile Virtual Assistant to support credit repair operations and digital growth tasks for a fast-paced business. This role blends credit dispute handling based on consumer laws with lead generation, content creation, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable making outbound calls, and passionate about helping clients through both creative and compliance-driven support.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispute inaccurate data based on consumer laws
File and manage complaints with CFPB and BBB
Track dispute timelines and escalate if needed
Communicate with clients and document next steps
Create and post content on social media
Edit videos and graphics to boost brand visibility
Make outbound calls to leads and support client onboarding
Follow up with leads and inquiries to drive new business
Provide weekly updates and progress summaries
Support general admin and organization using Google or Microsoft tools
Tools & Platforms:
Canva and/or Photoshop (for content creation)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
VoIP, Zoom, or mobile tools for outbound calling
Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in credit repair, social media, or lead generation
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident with outbound calls and follow-ups
Familiar with consumer protection laws (U.S.-based) and credit reporting
Comfortable switching between admin, marketing, and legal support tasks
Available Monday to Friday, working 4 hours per day, starting between 8:00–9:00 AM Eastern Time
