Credit Repair Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Repair & Customer Service Virtual Assistant who can confidently support clients while keeping credit repair tasks organized and on track. If you have experience in credit repair, enjoy working inside CRM systems, and know how to communicate professionally with clients, this role could be a great fit. You’ll play an important part in managing disputes, organizing client records, and helping maintain a smooth and reliable client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit and manage credit disputes on behalf of clients

  • Gather and organize client documents, identification, and supporting paperwork

  • Communicate with clients to request information and provide updates

  • Maintain accurate records inside the CRM system

  • Assist with lead generation and follow-up when needed

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally

  • Follow company credit repair processes and compliance guidelines

  • Learn and adapt to new systems and procedures as required

Tools & Platforms:

  • Dispute Fox CRM or Scapeape CAM

  • Google Workspace

  • Wix

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of dispute processes and credit reporting systems

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • High level of attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to collect, review, and manage client documentation

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and online tools

  • Able to work independently and manage a full-time workload

Technical Requirements:

  • Laptop/PC with minimum i5 processor and 8GB RAM

  • Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload

  • Backup internet source (mobile data or pocket WiFi)

  • Headset with mic

  • Quiet and professional home workspace
