A U.S.-based credit repair business is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Virtual Assistant to manage back-end credit repair operations. This is a part-time remote role (20 hours/week) focused on client onboarding, dispute tracking, credit report handling, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Send welcome emails and onboarding instructions to clients
Collect client documents (IDs, utility bills, signed agreements)
Organize and maintain client folders (Google Drive or CRM)
Pull and analyze 3-bureau credit reports
Identify and log inaccurate accounts, inquiries, and personal data
Prepare and personalize credit dispute letters (Rounds 1–3)
Submit letters via mail or upload portals; track all submissions
Monitor dispute timelines, response deadlines, and results
Submit personal info update requests to bureaus (name/address updates)
Freeze secondary credit bureaus (LexisNexis, SageStream, etc.)
Draft and file complaints with CFPB, FTC, BBB, or Attorney General
Update CRM with client progress and document credit score increases
Send weekly progress emails or texts to clients
Upload credit education materials into client portal
Track Metro 2 compliance disputes, when applicable
Tools You Will Be Using:
GoHighLevel (CRM, workflows)
Zapier (for automation)
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Online dispute platforms or mail tracking tools (as instructed by client)
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in credit repair support or similar back-office operations
Excellent written English and attention to detail
Strong understanding of credit reports, disputes, and deadlines
Able to follow instructions precisely and meet deadlines
Female, based in the Philippines (per client preference)
Available Monday to Thursday (20 hours/week)
Willing to work Eastern Standard Time (America/New_York)
