Creative Systems & Marketing VA – GHL, Skool, Design & Admin Support - (Part-Time)
We’re hiring a highly organized, tech-savvy, and creative Virtual Assistant to support a U.S.-based entrepreneur in the credit repair and education space. This is a part-time remote role (30 hours/week) for someone who can confidently manage digital platforms, create marketing materials, and assist in backend systems using GoHighLevel and Skool.
The right candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable wearing many hats, and enjoy building behind-the-scenes systems and branded content.
Key Responsibilities:
Create marketing materials: PowerPoint decks, posters, and social graphics
Assist in setting up and maintaining GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, email campaigns)
Help build out and manage the Skool platform (courses, communities, member access)
Maintain organization of brand assets, files, and ongoing tasks
Provide light admin support related to project coordination and content delivery
Communicate effectively and consistently with the client via WhatsApp
Tools & Platforms:
GoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM, funnel, automation builder
Skool – Course & community platform
Canva / PowerPoint – For marketing and visual assets
Google Workspace & Microsoft Office – File management and docs
WhatsApp – Main channel for task updates
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience as a VA in admin, design, or systems support
Strong design skills and experience with Canva or PowerPoint
Working knowledge of GoHighLevel and/or Skool is preferred
Fast learner with the ability to follow SOPs and adapt to new tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Available to work between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (US)
Committed to part-time availability (30 hours/week)
