A dynamic business is seeking two proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support their growth in content creation, marketing, lead generation, and social media presence. If you're skilled in visual branding, precise in execution, and passionate about results, this opportunity is for you. You'll be expected to take initiative, maintain high standards in content quality, and drive engagement across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and publish engaging graphics and videos for social media
Manage website updates and ensure timely, on-brand content delivery
Plan and implement marketing strategies across platforms
Assist with lead generation and follow-ups for sales funnel
Monitor and grow online engagement (comments, messages, DMs)
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns with precision
Tools & Platforms:
Canva and Photoshop for design
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
HubSpot or similar CRM tools
Social media schedulers and website CMS (platforms not specified)
Qualifications:
Proven experience in content creation, marketing, or social media management
Familiarity with website management (e.g., CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix)
Basic sales and lead generation experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven work ethic
Part-Time: 20 hrs/week, 5 days per week, U.S. Central Time
Must be able to work independently and proactively
