Client Onboarding & Automation VA – GHL, CRM & Lead Tracking (Part-Time)

This role is ideal for a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can take ownership of client onboarding, CRM updates, and workflow support inside GoHighLevel. You’ll help manage the full flow of business funding clients—ensuring no lead gets left behind and every task moves smoothly through the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding tasks: send, track, and follow up on contracts

  • Verify client info: prequalification forms, credit reports, logins

  • Update lead and client progress inside the CRM (pipeline management)

  • Support business funding workflows through form handling and tagging

  • Perform light funnel QA and reporting inside GoHighLevel

  • Assist with Zapier automation tasks (form connections, task flows)

  • Monitor and organize client documents (property docs, financials)

  • Track payment status and coordinate with partners (credit repair, referrals)

  • Ensure timely communication with leads and clients via GHL or SMS

Tools & Platforms:

  • GoHighLevel (CRM, workflows, funnels)

  • Zapier (for connecting apps and automating steps)

  • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for tracking

  • Internal forms, SMS tools, and other client-specific systems

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in CRM management, admin workflows, or GHL automation

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through

  • Familiarity with client lifecycle workflows (bonus if in credit/funding space)

  • Comfortable updating pipeline stages and organizing multiple client records

  • Experience using tags, automations, and forms in GHL

  • Familiar with Zapier or similar integration tools

  • Available Monday–Friday, 30 hours per week, with occasional flexible time

  • Willing to work Eastern Time hours
