Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for client support or inquiries
Support onboarding and ongoing client communications
Ensure client journeys are smooth, timely, and documented
Follow up with leads or clients to check on progress or needs
Assist with executive scheduling, inbox management, or calendar coordination
Manage and update tasks or forms using GoHighLevel
Support social media messaging, comment monitoring, and light engagement
Provide basic admin or support tasks in Canva, Docs, or Sheets
Tools & Platforms:
GoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM, forms, pipelines
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
Canva or Photoshop – for support assets or visuals
Social platforms (DM handling, comment reply)
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in customer support or executive assistance
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Tech-savvy and organized with a self-starting mindset
Confident in managing client interactions and daily support tasks
Available Monday–Friday, part-time (20 hrs/week)
Open to working in Pacific Time (U.S. hours)
