Business Development & Executive Operations Assistant (Full-Time)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support both business development and executive operations. This role is a blend of lead generation, outreach, administrative support, and day-to-day operational coordination. The ideal candidate is commercially aware, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business development activities including prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management

  • Assist with executive support tasks such as calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and CRM updates

  • Help manage communications with clients, partners, prospects, and vendors

  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, file organization, and tracking of contracts or business materials

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements

  • Support content coordination and professional online presence management

  • Conduct research and prepare summaries, reports, and updates as needed

  • Track priorities, deadlines, and action items to support smooth business operations

  • Ensure consistent follow-through across business development and executive operations tasks

  • Video meeting tools (Zoom / Teams / similar)

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Assistant

  • Experience with lead generation, outreach, or sales support is a plus

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • Strong written and verbal English communication

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail
