AI-Savvy Content Systems & Marketing VA (Part-Time)
We’re hiring a sharp, tech-savvy, and creative Virtual Assistant to work closely with a transformational leader in the personal growth and life coaching industry. Key Responsibilities:
Content Management & Creation
Convert raw ideas and video into social posts, graphics, or emails
Repurpose pre-existing content into ebooks, blog posts, or new offers
Create visual assets using Canva and other tools
Light video editing using tools like Descript or similar
Maintain branding consistency across assets
AI & Tech Utilization
Use AI tools to assist in content generation, writing, product creation
Help build AI agents to increase automation and output
Apply AI to enhance visibility and streamline production
Course & Membership Support
Upload and update content in membership portals (BuddyBoss, WordPress, Oxygen)
Collaborate with the office manager for product/course updates
Create new offers/products in Keap, gospiffy, and link with Rebrandly
Draft emails and sales copy with AI or manually
Organize everything clearly in spreadsheets
System Building & Support
Collaborate with the founder to create repeatable systems
Take ownership of tasks and refine systems for scale
Provide QA on all client-facing content
Tools & Platforms:
Canva, Keap, Gospiffy, Rebrandly
Descript or similar video editing software
BuddyBoss, WordPress, Oxygen Builder
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Social media scheduling and email tools
AI content generation tools (training will be provided)
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in digital marketing, content management, or admin support
Creative, tech-friendly, and eager to learn AI tools
Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Part-Time: 20 hrs/week with potential to grow to full-time
Must be comfortable working U.S. Pacific Time (GMT-7)
