A growing construction company is seeking a versatile and resourceful Virtual Assistant who can manage digital communications, explore targeted grants, and maintain a consistent brand presence online. You’ll be supporting both the business and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm, with the guidance of a contract fractional COO to help establish structured systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain social media content and scheduling
Oversee GoHighLevel communications (email/SMS follow-ups, pipelines, automation)
Research and identify grants relevant to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
Collaborate with a fractional COO to help set up company workflows and systems
Provide support with general executive assistant duties as needed
Tools & Platforms:
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Drive)
GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, CRM)
Qualifications:
Experience managing social media for service-based or construction companies
Familiarity with nonprofit grant research or interest in learning
Strong organizational and tech skills with initiative to suggest improvements
Full-Time Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
Comfortable being guided by a systems-focused COO during onboarding
