General Virtual Assistant – (Part-Time)

A signing service company is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Virtual Assistant to support core business functions such as website updates, social media management, and customer communications. This role is perfect for a self-reliant VA who enjoys maintaining digital presence and handling a variety of administrative tasks with precision and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the company’s website and blog

  • Create and schedule engaging social media content

  • Manage Google Business Profile updates and reviews

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Assist with marketing and lead generation efforts

  • Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries professionally

Tools & Platforms:

  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)

  • WordPress

  • Canva, Photoshop

  • MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot

  • Zapier

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

  • Background in social media, admin support, and website management

  • Skilled in digital marketing and CRM tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently

  • Part-Time availability: 20 hrs/week, Monday–Thursday

  • Must be available to work in Eastern Time (GMT-4)
