Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level assistance, including scheduling, inbox support, and task management
Assist with website management and minor updates
Support credit repair-related tasks and customer follow-ups
Organize data, maintain records, and support daily operations
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Collaborate on special projects and problem-solve with initiative
Tools & Platforms:

Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Canva and Photoshop
Zapier (for automation and workflow integration)
Qualifications:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or General VA
Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., Wix, WordPress, GHL website builder)
Understanding of credit repair process is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Part-Time Availability: 30 hrs/week
Must be able to work in or overlap with Eastern Time (GMT-4)
