Credit Repair & Digital Systems Virtual Assistant

(Part-Time)

A dynamic entrepreneur is looking for a highly skilled and dependable Virtual Assistant to support multiple aspects of his business—from CRM and funnel setup to content creation, funding support, and course implementation. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and excited to contribute to fast-paced operations in the credit repair, marketing, and digital product space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage CRM systems and automation in GoHighLevel

  • Assist in building funnels for credit repair services (Metro 2 and Factual)

  • Provide admin support for funding programs, tradeline inquiries, and closers

  • Help with ad agency onboarding, campaign setup, and reporting

  • Assist in webinar presentations (slides, registration pages, tech setup, workflows)

  • Create engaging content for social media, emails, and blogs

  • Help build digital products (eBooks, courses, lead magnets)

  • Watch online courses and help implement systems and strategies into the business

Tools & Platforms:

  • GoHighLevel (CRM, funnels, automation)

  • Canva, Photoshop (content design)

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides)

  • Microsoft Office

  • Trello, Asana, Zapier (workflow and task management)

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM systems and funnel building, especially in GoHighLevel

  • Familiarity with credit repair or funding industry preferred

  • Confident in managing content, automations, and administrative processes

  • Part-Time availability: 30 hrs/week, Monday to Friday

  • Must be able to work on Pacific Time (GMT-7)

Technical Requirements:

  • Laptop/PC with minimum i5 processor and 8GB RAM

  • Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload

  • Backup internet source (mobile data or pocket WiFi)

  • Headset with mic and webcam

  • Quiet and professional home workspace
