We are hiring a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a growing beauty and wellness business. This role blends client interaction, creative content support, and operational tasks. It’s ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, social media know-how, and a knack for organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and manage appointment scheduling
Support the creation and management of digital content
Assist with social media engagement and messaging
Perform administrative tasks such as email handling and data tracking
Monitor supplies or tools and support inventory/order processes
Conduct research and support business development initiatives
Provide general operational and organizational support as needed
Tools & Platforms:
Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Wix or similar website platforms
Social media tools (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Canva, CapCut, or other basic graphic/video editing tools (preferred)
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Willing to adapt and take on new responsibilities as the business grows
