B2B Systems & Executive VA (Full-Time)

A fast-paced business services company is hiring a resourceful, detail-oriented, and tech-proficient Virtual Assistant to support its B2B SaaS operations. This role involves executive-level support, data organization, and helping build internal systems, SOPs, and strategies to scale the business using GoHighLevel. If you’re confident in streamlining operations, thrive on structure, and are ready to take initiative in a high-accountability environment—this is your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with GoHighLevel SaaS configuration, support, and execution

  • Help develop strategic game plans and operational SOPs

  • Organize data, track activities, and manage operational files

  • Perform general virtual assistant tasks and executive support

  • Provide process improvement insights and propose new solutions

  • Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness in all deliverables

Tools & Platforms:

  • GoHighLevel (SaaS setup and operations)

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in executive assistance and data organization

  • Comfortable working with SaaS tools, especially GoHighLevel

  • Experience in building systems, workflow documentation, and SOPs

  • Full-Time Availability: Monday to Friday – 40 hrs/week

  • Must be open to working America/Chicago Time (CST, GMT-5)

  • Quiet and professional home workspace
